- Room 4 $900 - Quiet large bedroom. This room overlooks the backyard and shares a bathroom with two other rooms. Furnishings include a Full bed, nightstand, dresser, a large desk and office chair.

Only one person per bedroom and the house is shared with up to three other people. The shared common areas include:
Eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, table for 6 and dedicated shelves for each room.
Large and comfortable living room
Washer and dryer in the basement (no fee)
Large private backyard to enjoy with a fire Chiminea and Adirondack chairs, and a outdoor dining table seating for six.

Due to the the shared concept:
1. You will be required to clean up after yourself at all times. If you don't like to clean up after yourself, this house is not for you.
